Tax rear for finishing few years?

How can i claim tax back at the back of the year since im moving out to Australia? i have worked here for last three years full time and never ever claimed any charge back.

Answers:    I am assuming you are now surrounded by the UK. The tax year goes from 6th April to 5th April. When you read out at the end of the year, I assume you mean December 2008?
When PAYE is operate correctly, the right amount of tax should be deducted, so it is unlikely that any discount will be due for a couple of the back years. You can go final up to six years, and ask HMRC to check your tax position. What happened the year you started work? Did you come from out of the country? There may be some unused tax allowances then, it will depend on what you be doing from the prior 6th April, until the date you started work. If you came from abroad, form P85 should be completed to establish your residency position, and to see if you are entitled to British tariff allowances.
From the period 06/04/08, until you leave your work, you will get a form P45. Send it to the tax department with form P85, to claim any refund due for this import tax year.
When you arrived you should have filled contained by a P86 oddly when you go you entail to fill in a P85.

Send one or both to the toll office with your P45 explaining your are going away the country and asking for a refund of tax rewarded.

You'll need to keep a UK sandbank account to get the settlement but you can nominate someone else to act for you and receive it.
