Stimulus check supposed to be DD by the 9th, where on earth is it?

Last digits of my SS# are 46, and by looking at the IRS site it says my stimulus check will be deposited NO LATER than May 9th. I know it's only the 10th, usually my sandbank will show deposits the next day. Anyone else have this problem?

Answers:    Some people who are expecting direct deposit are getting paper checks instead. Or, it could be your edge - you say your bank usually shows the deposit the subsequent day, does that mean business sunshine?

Your bank could have received it but not however posted it to your account. They (not the IRS) control when it actually posts to the customers justification. I would wait until Monday and see if it appears. If not, go to the IRS trellis site and check on your rebate.

I and another family member get ours yesterday right on time.
If you provided your bank tale information on your tax return, you will get by direct deposit.

Also within the first lot only those whose return was processed by April 15, 2008 are getting the rebate.

Go to www.irs.gov. Click Where is my Refund? Then click Status of my Stimulus Rebate. or #01-866-234-2942

For information on stimulus duty rebate schedule, the eligibility and how much rebate you will get read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/02/are-...
The ending two of my SS# are 75 which has the cut off of May 9th as in good health. I had my taxes DD in my report and did them at the begining of Feb and had no payments or witholdings either so Im thinking they are a short time ago SLOW as usual but I plan to look into it more. Thanks for asking the question so I can see what others say in the order of it all!
