Answers: A lot of people have thought they be getting direct deposit but for whatever reason aren't, so are assuming they'll get hold of it earlier than they really are.
Check your bank statement from when the inventive refund came - if it say "US Treasury" you should be OK for direct deposit as long as that account is still open, and you didn’t split your settlement into multiple accounts. Otherwise, you’ll get a paper check

A LOT of people be "suppose" to have theirs by a certain year, but still have not gotten theirs.
