Car duty conjecture?

I am about to lease a car which I will used for my business and for personal use. I am doing almost 1500Km per month and I get paid 0.4$ per Km by the company I am doing work for. Can I still bring back tax deduction for my vehicle?

Answers:    This is Taxes, UK ...

So I have to assume you are working in Europe (so weigh up distance km's) for the UK branch (hence you pay UK Tax) of an American Company that pays you in $ ?

This make it a bit complex, however a good place to start is HMRC Car Allowances web page .. if the Company pays you less than the HMRC figures, you can claim Tax Relief on the difference (if they pay cheque you more, you get taxed on the extra).
