Can You whip over a Business that have be shut down by IRS?

I am working for a company that i just found out is ready to hold its doors shut due to none payment of fica and sales taxes. Once the doors are shut can i pinch over this business legally, by getting my own name and charge id number? Actually its starting my own business. But legally can i do this? We hold many accounts and employees i want to lift with me. Can I legally do this? I have a feeling like Jerry McGuire.

Answers:    You are welcome to start anything business you want. If it wants to sell its assets to you can buy them next to IRS blessing provided you pay a fair price. The type of business may require a bulk verbs and will definitely require an application for discharge of the tax lien from the assets. Don't try to do this by yourself but enjoy professional help to make sure adjectives your ducks are lined up in a row.

Even though the company have been shut down, it still legally owns it's assets, including the statement lists.

Clearly if you aren't getting paid, you can start your own business, rouse others to come work for you and legally compete with any other firm to get hold of work. You can't do this with your old employer's tale lists (you didn't pay for them), assets, etc.
Depends on the business structure - if it's a corporation, you would enjoy to buy the stock and take over all debts including the overdue payroll taxes, interest and cost - even if it's just owned by ine guy - that guy isn;t you, so you don't own or have lawful rights to customer files, records or anything else - you are only an member of staff - you could start your own business and hire the employees, but you have no right to the customer information - I'm sure to be precise a very valuable asset of the company and the owner and the IRS aren't going to freshly let you walk away next to that information for free - one. of both of them could sue you - and do you have the cash resources to rate employees until bill payments start coming in? typically 30-45 days after the invoice is sent out - if you're lucky - that may be part of a set of the problem why he couldn't pay his taxes - maybe not making plenty money - couldn't collect receivables fast enough - plus, perchance the owner will be able to work out something with the iRS to stay unscrew Hi,

In my opinion, the best kind of home business is one where on earth you don't have to invest any money. I wasted thousands of dollars buying into adjectives kinds of home businesses including MLM and Internet franchises.

I was almost to give up when I found a website that finally gave me the businesses I be looking for. The company is called Keep Clicking. Basicially, they have a big enumerate of companies that have products. They allow me to promote these products/services and I receive a set fee for respectively product that I sell (or lead that I generate). I didn't payment any money to join (They actually pay envelope you $10 to join, but only grant it to you when you get $50 in your justification. It took me a month, so I got the $10 then).

This allows me to have a full business beside no inventory. The best part is, a lot of these offer are free trials, so I get people to sign up for something like $4 (for shipping), an I get about $17! It doesn't thing if people cancel nearby subscriptions, I still get paid anyway. I bring back paid monthly by check.
