Company i work 4 purely gone into liquidation ! how do i claim wages ? should hold be remunerated today.?

Answers:    I am afraid you will have to hang about for the administrators to sort it out. They will order the assets of the company as best they can, in charge to get pay to everybody it owes. There isn't any guarantee you will get remunerated though I am afriad.

--- EDIT ---

Just to expand on this - there are no frozen and fast rules or guarantees in the region of what will happen to your wages, as it depends on what (if anything) the company have left to hand over anyone. As its gone into liquidation - possibly not a great deal.

There are potential a long line of relatives who will be queing up for money, including banks, suppliers, agents, the establishment and staff.

It will be the role of the administrators to sort out how much can be rewarded to who. There are legal procedures they enjoy to go through, and a set proclaim of who gets first pick.

It is probably best to tolerate them contact you, and see what they can resolve from there. As I say aloud though, there isn't any gurantee you will acquire your money - please don't rely on it. I am sorry.
Sorry to hear that I think you'll enjoy to go through the company dealing next to the liquidation and you might not get anything BUT you will be first within the queue
