Conservation Easement and a Fence?
I live on an acre of arrive.

I'm a title examiner/underwriter; You can build on a regular easement; but if at some point the easement holder desires access he can if truth be told own the barricade removed at your expense. Conservation easements are different though, because of the quality of what the easement is contained by benefit of.
