a 'nouns rate' of lb4.45 an hour is salaried to workers aged 18 to 21 inclusive (From 1 October 2007 this will increase to lb4.60)
childlike citizens (those elder than university departing age and younger than 18, you're underneath arts school departing age until the ruin of summer residence of the college year within which you turn 16) receive lb3.30 an hour (From 1 October 2007 this will increase to lb3.40)
Apprentices lower than the age of 19 are not qualified to the National Minimum Wage. Apprentices who are 19 or over and in the first 12 months of their apprenticeship are not qualified to the National Minimum Wage
