Whose name should appear on the K-1 issued for a quibble fund held within an IRA?

If an "recognized investor" holds an interest in a dissemble fund LP surrounded by an IRA, whose moniker and taxpayer number should appear on the annual K-1 file by the put off fund for this holding (since it is owned by the IRA and not by the investor directly)?

Answers:
It should be "qualified investor IRA". Whatever the autograph of the attributed investor is should be on the K-1, next to "IRA" after the moniker.

It won't hold any effect on the individuals tariff return though, since at hand are no taxes compensated on the yield of an IRA during the year, merely IRA distributions are tax when the being starts taking the money out of their IRA.
It should be in the individuals cross and social financial guarantee number but indicate i.e. is for the IRA.
