Why doesn't police in UK...?

bother pulling over foreign vehicle? and even if they do what docs will they ask for? plus is it true that britons are buying or anyone tempt to buy foreign cars to evade not paying MOT, INSURANCE and ROAD TAX because forgein cars NOT ALL OF THEM do not pay that here and if they do pay it, they pay it from where on earth they bought the vehicle from! and police doesn't bother as i hold readin in the order of it! why?? and also i know that if you hold a foreign saloon, u dun call for to register it here, DVLA AND POLICE dun bother! although the Law states that u enjoy 2, but they will not persue you! i'm talkin just about adjectives foreign cars next to foreign number plates!
