i have applied for a pancard 3 months posterior to an agent. He give me a pancard form & told me 2 sign it. I own'nt get my pancard all the same. when contacted him, he give me a application no which be next feeded by the female surrounded by the UTI bureau. It showed invalid input. Is this method the agent have'nt submitted the form all the same.? the agent say have the aknowledgement slip. I don't even hold the coupon no. The female from the UTI organization say that u own to wage Rs 10,000 as a fine ; as u enjoy 2 apply for a topical pancard no. Is the agent a fraud.? Will this problem incentive me any trouble.? I'm really worried . Please abet me from this situation. Should i walk to the police.? Can i apply for a topical pancard minus paying the fine. please. out of this.

And if the agent have not submitted the application form surrounded by the UTI department, their is no have need of to money a fine of Rs.10,000/-. Just plague a untried application form and transport it to the organization, their is no call for of any agent.
And a different entity, permit the official of UTI know the mark of the woman within their organization who demanded for Rs.10,000/- as a fine.
