i be wondering if anyone else who is on hits4pay complete out the export tax form and if so, do you in actual fact hold to do taxes or do they merely want your information?

I would guess that the form you mentioned is a W-9. If the company pays you more than $600 they will distribute you a 1099 MISC and you must report that income if you are required to database a return. If they pay packet you smaller quantity than $600 and do not distribute your the 1099 MISC you are still required to report any income that you receive. You may be putting this income on a Schedule C and own expenses that will dissolve the income and downsize your excise to nothing.
