Do I hold any recourse if my employer repeatedly make errors on my payroll?

My employer repeatedly makes errors on my paycheck as capably as my taxes. I am employed by a municipality which utilizes a treasurer to handle payroll. I receive paychecks on a bi-weekly idea (or at least I am supposed to). Every 2 weeks, my paycheck is any missing or incorrect. I've brought this problem to the attention of the treasurer's superiors and nothing have been done. I'm sick and tired of have to scrutinize my paycheck every 2 weeks to find the errors. Do I own any legal recourse against any my employer or the treasurer?

Answers:    Yes,the state and federal departments of labor-wage and hour division.
File a complaint with them both, the municipality should be audited and if everyone is not getting salaried right, they will have to find wages caught up.
Be sure to report adjectives problems you have concerning your paycheck.
Better however, find another job.
