Got irs glitch CP-05 memorandum, soon after I get my repayment.?
Did anyone get in that CP-05 letter, after soon after got in that refund? Has anyone get any of there state? I get my state but not my fed discount and the letter said loaf 3 weeks. I was going to own the Taxpayer Advocate Service help me but they said the can hitch the process even longer. Did anyone get the Taxpayer Advocate Service oblige and did you get your settlement?
Answers: I received a cp05 letter dated 2/18/08. It states that I will receive another communication OR my refund inwardly 3 weeks of the date on the letter, or I am to telephone call the IRS. SO on Monday 3/10, I will be making a call. I am hoping to carry my refund tomorrow. Who know. I had one and the same codes last year and finally get my refund after just about 6 weeks. I think some of these race who claim to know exactly what the codes are and "you are in for a long wait" don't necessarily really know. All we can do is skulk and see. Good luck to all!!
I am surrounded by the same boat as you still waiting for this so call letter enjoy not received it as of yet. I call this morning the IRS rep told me to wait three weeks and if I do not receive my settlement then give the name them back said my return was up for review.. It is nought wrong with it no red flags zilch i do not no what the problem is and people i know hold filed after me and receive near refunds already
