Yes, we sort of slump into both category, they cancelled our claim 'by catastrophe' and after tried to narrate us we owed them lb1500!! well they told me i owed over lb4000 i even have a debt collector letter
this be going on for months,at last i sent them a message how i be outlook roughly speaking them,contained by the ending i didn't hold to paye,they give me lb50 for any inconvenience and they also give me lb20 for phone ring costs

OK fair balanced, they overpayed us, we didn't know because their system is unknown to the world. but we have to suffer frozen for it, surely some admonition or reduced payments would own be better.
Also made a phone call to them a couple of times, get told one entity by one teacher, afterwards call again to confirm as i wasn't sure, and get told something completely different by another guru.
how on dirt can you 'win' against them when they fine-tuning their minds so regularly and embargo to speak to you when they choose.??
