Sure, any store within New Hampshire. It doesn't hold a sale due. Any state that does enjoy a sale tariff, a store have to collect sale duty if what they supply is subject to sale import tax.

There are a couple states that don't hold a sale tariff. But if the state does, consequently any store selling items that the state have defined as taxable have to collect the duty - it's not the store's choice.
Some states solely charge sale toll for unmistaken items. Things that are considered necessities similar to food and clothing may be toll free, while other items sold at indistinguishable store will enjoy sale rates.
On-line shopping may or may not charge you sale charge depending on where on earth the store you are purchasing from is located and where on earth you are have the item shipped to.
in PA grocery stores and clothing do not own sale levy because they consider those necessities
