Trust funds affecting ssdi?

I own a trust fund but I want to apply for SSDI. Will my trust affect my eligibility?

SSI is a different situation. Financial resources such as payments from a trust will be used in figure your eligibility.
No it doesn't because ssdi is base on whether or not youre eligible for those benefits. Not self competent to be valuably employed is the legitimate issue here.
