Answers:
Honest general public draw from screwed by the Jobcentre. If your mother give you a tenner a week for buying her food etc afterwards save that information to yourself, or apply for a proper carer's allowance as another have suggested.

When the Jobcentre ask you if you've done any work within yesteryear couple of weeks afterwards you'll know how to relay them you're a carer, and hold the documents to prove it.
if you want home base job

Is your mother bad . Then you could bring a carer allowence for her wjich is 55 a week and profession centre of attention would be of your put money on. Go on to jobcentreplus website and see if you are competent to
Instead of claiming JSA I don`t know you should apply to be your mother's full time carer instead. JSA is purely for race who are (or should be) findinga charge and your not surrounded by that catagory if you certainly CANT own a profession. Why do individual bring credits? You must own other money coming into the house otherwise you should be getting some money close to every1 else.
Make a claim for Carer's Allowance if your mother is in tally of Attendance Allowance. If she receive Severe Disability Premium she will lose this if you claim Carer's Allowance. She can one and only claim SDP if she lives alone so if you live next to her this would not be an issue.
If you carry CA you'll not hold to sign on anymore. If you can't obtain JSA due to deficit of credits, produce a claim for Income Support!

How can this reply possibly warrant a TD. Are the children backbone?
Your mother should be claiming attendance allowance which would entitle you to carers allowance approx. lb47 per week

If you are 60 you should apply for income credit

If you (are over 25) and return to work and you work more than 30 hours per week you may receive working tariff credits. If you enjoy kids still within full time educ. you may grasp child tariff credits also (only inevitability to work 16 hours near kids)

One or both the above will increase your income but working will effect the carers allowance

The GL24 is an appeal. You can not appeal against the decesion that you no longer enjoy credits gone
