As a percentage. Where I live, it's 14% on most items. And how do you discern nearly sale excise? Personally, I don't mind paying it, because I know that I'm getting my money's worth eveytime I stir to conservatory, or the doctor, or drive on a road.

I envy your country's strength comfort system and treatment of unmarked parents! I've ever be but I bet you own better roads too...my kid go to a private conservatory since public is from hell! The roads are other torn up. The cops and firemen are badger us for donations to buy bulletproof vests and other items essential for their profession.
