I am just trying to find out if every one is getting a check, and except, how do I find out if I am getting one?
Answers: The tax rebate is base on your 2007 earnings and Federal Income Tax liability.
You would be eligible to receive a rebate of up to $600 if you compensated that much in Federal Income Tax. If you individual paid $350 within taxes (less than the $600 rebate limit), you only draw from back $350. If you have earned income or social deposit of at least $3000, you would draw from at least the minimum rebate of $300. Similarly, couples file jointly can receive up to $1200. If you qualify for a rebate, you will receive $300 for respectively dependent child under 17.

No, not everyone gets a check.
If you file a 2007 tax return beside at least $3000 of qualify income, then you'll draw from a check for at least $300. Qualifying income is income from a mission, social security, railroad retirement, or VA disability.
Checks can be as much as $600 for race who pay that much within federal income tax for 2007.

2. must own made more then 3,000 within earned income
3. if so, and single , you will receive 300 as a settlement;
if you have a taxable liability, afterwards you will receive an additional amount. you will receive another 300, making a min of 600 as a settlement or your taxable liability, which ever is least :(. you will also receive 300 for respectively child (under 17) on your return.
(if your liability is only 500, for example. next you will receive a credit of 100 on next yrs tariff return)
all rebate will be mailed to your address on your return, unless you chose a direct deposit of your reimbursement.
if your address has changed you also call for to file an 8822 beside the irs to change your address until that time may.
in may they will start sending out the checks, going contained by ss# order.
