Can an Employer charge for the reissuing of a t4?

An unnamed university (and they all largely gouge students) has told me that I be sent my original T4 to my infirm address. I cannot retrieve that T4, so they told me in demand to have a exotic one sent to my current address I would have to clear for processing a new T4. Can they do this? This is related to work (not grant or bursary related)...

You should keep your address up to date. Bite the bullet and purloin this as a lesson
