I would read aloud that person charged more than properly allowed is too much. Each state have it's own sale duty rate, so what is fine for one state might be highly developed or lower surrounded by the state right subsequent to it. And New Hampshire doesn't own any sale tariff at adjectives, so even a sale export tax of .00000000001 would be too much to a New Hampshirite.
