my soon to be ex spouse and i receive a wherewithal gain(loss) for a business that go belly-up. the money is deduct from his gross earn respectively year for ten years. he be working full time and i be a fulltime mother for our children (he does not consider this to be a career!) should i ask for partially the money contained by our divorce?
