hi, i am a civil contractor, i own be awarded a Contract from IRCON INTERNATIONAL LTD (Prime contractor), as per decree i am the sub contractor of IRCON INTERNATIONAL , BUT THEY ARE DEDUCTING 8.40 SERVICE TAX FROM US, PLEASE CLEARIFY ME CAN THEY DEDUCT SERVICE TAX FROM ME
