How much % excise are withheld from singles' paychecks?
I know somebody else already asked a similar question to this, but this is freshly a survey. Sorry, I don't know where the Survey Section is at. I'm merely curious. Has anybody ever calculated the $-amount that's taken out of every paycheck and figure out the average percentage over a time of year of several months? Or am I the only creature who does that for every paycheck? I know the more money we make, the more $ they whip out. But regardless of income level, in that should a consistent % for each individual for their specific income height, right? For example, I am single and I claim my daughter, so it has be consistently at about 25% for me. But what going on for for singles without kids? My best friend contained by L.A. says he pays 30%-32% consistently, single status near no kids. Is that pretty much the same for adjectives 50 states?
Answers: You're not the only one. I do it every paycheck. I hold an Excel spreadsheet with equations so that I can smoothly plug-in numbers and the result are calculated for me.
To be accurate to the specific paycheck, you'd need to know how repeatedly you get remunerated (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, etc.).
(Federal tax withholding would be impossible to tell apart. State tax withholding would ebb and flow based on the specific state.)
Still, across the world speaking, if you consider your annual income, after subtracting withholding allowances
