Do I want a 1099 to claim income and deduction?
I was compensated less than $600 ultimate year for my work as an independent marketing executive. I read an earlier ask that stated that the employer is not required to send me a 1099 unless I made over $600. I still want to claim my income and the deduction that went along next to having my own "business." Can I wallet taxes without the 1099 still claiming the deduction and the income?

Answers: You are required to report ALL income.
The payer wasn't required to issue the 1099-Misc because it was smaller amount than $600, but that does not make it free money. (If you have no other income, the filing requirement for self-employment income is $400, consider about it.)
Yes. Just enter it on your income file. It will be in your ledger if you call for to show a profit and loss statement in an audit.
