I am 25 and own never file a tariff return, do I own to database if I worked this year?
Answers: Yes, it is federal law that anyone who receive income, interest or any other source of money (there are specific specifications and amounts depending on your withholding and total earnings) file a tariff return (you will get duty papers in the e-mail such as a W-2 or 1099-Int etcetera).
So if you worked last year (2,007) next yes, file your taxes.
I suggest using a do-it-yourself program, examples: TurboTax / H&R Block TaxCut.
I use turbo duty, it is very simple and trouble-free to use (I am seventeen and have be using it since I started working two years ago), simply grab your W-2 and any other duty documents you may of recieved and visit: http://www.turbotax.com and sign up.
It give step-by-step instructions, an online help community and shows a live viewpoint of how much you will be recieving. It is really simple, example: it will ask, "What is in box 1a" and you type surrounded by from the tax article the amount that is within box 1a, very straight forward.
If you are unsure just about this whole process and own a lot of question then conceivably having someone to do your taxes, such as H&R Block, would be your best bet. It will cost you more, but they will know how to do everything and answer all your question.
Well good luck!
