Yes you do. If you are selling on ebay, after you are a trader and, approaching shopkeepers, you should payment income excise on any profits you kind. That is the amount you derive from any Dutch auction smaller amount any allowable expenditure incurred (e.g. postage).
If you live in Thailand and no money comes into the UK, approaching a sandbank description, later you won't be liable to UK income levy.
