Can I check if I hold remunerated import tax ?

I am a freelance professional and inorder to pay taxes I hired a local fan to pay my taxes he said he have filed the taxes and would grasp me anytime. But he has be delaying for the recent past six months. Unfortunately I was stupid satisfactory not to take a written statement/receipt that I have paid him that much amount of money to reimburse my tax.
