Are cooperatives required to folder import tax returns?
I own looked on the IRS website and cant give the impression of being to find an answer? Lets assume a small cultivator coop.

if it earn money, it's required to report a return. If it's a non-profit cooperative than it would folder a 990 (non-profit) return.
Everyone is required to folder a import tax return regardless of their income. Filing is required by tenet, paying is not.
