Auto insurance deductible...claim as income at import tax time?

This a kinda stupid question I guess, but not sure going on for it.


Answers:    The settlement for the insurance claim is not income. It only make you whole again.

Generally I would be reported for such an answer and lose points. In this case, it's completely true. But I'll probably still get reported.
