Who can I database a complaint beside more or less my employer?

He treats his human resources irrationally and I'm wondering if in attendance is anything I can do nearly it, minus them knowing in the region of it.. If anyone can abet I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Well if you walk to your company's human resources and engineer a complaint you would be covered underneath the whistle blower conduct yourself and it would be anonymous. Good luck and stick it to him!

Go to his boss and/or your HR department (if you enjoy one) beside documentation and examples of his schedule. If he doesn't get hold of reprimanded right away, Karma other get them within the ending. Be more specific just about what you imply by "unreasonably."

Are we discussion roughly tribal nouns, age nouns, damp squib to reimburse overtime, etc.?
Please grant for a time more detail. If he is treating empire differently base on something approaching see, that would be prohibited. If he's freshly playing favorites, or freshly treating everyone weakly, it might not be carnival, but is not criminal so here would be nil to report to anyone.
Would have need of more detail than "unfair". Unless he's doing something ILLEGAL, in attendance's nobody to complain to.
