Help! My sister claims I own stolen & forged her state income toll check! She give the check to me for repayment for a hulking debt she owed me but immediately claimes she never give me the check but that I kept it! My dune have pulled the funds from my vindication & that have cause me nil but problems on that close. We live within seperate states. What do I do? Will I walk to reformatory?

Better gain you an attorney. It will be her word against yours. It will be up to the find.
Did your sister commend the check up to that time she give it to you? If not, how did you deposit it surrounded by your sandbank details? Banks are kinda funny give or take a few duty checks.
