I still do not own a W2 from a available job I held end year. What do I do?
I've left several messages for the business owner (this is an animal hospital within north Georgia) and even called the payroll accountant, whose reply be that I need to contact the business. When I stated that I'd disappeared several messages with no answer she suggested that I lurk a couple more days. (Quite a rude and crass woman, honestly.)
What do I do now? I cannot find my concluding pay stub and enjoy no idea how much I made or how much be paid as income import tax.
Answers: First of all be in motion here: http://www.irs.gov/localcontacts/index.h... and find out who your local branch is and go directly to the Federal Government as it is against the statute for them to fail to transport it to you by a certain date of which I believe is Jan. 31st.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. your local time (Alaska & Hawaii follow Pacific Time).
Do not listen to others, listen to the Federal Government's Answers as this is too important.
Good Luck
Send a certified notification to the business, and talk to your state Dept of Labor wise saying you have problems.
