Any levy for the second foot commodities?

I own some second foot PC's, furnitures, A/c etc which I bought for my matured company and that be not currently existing. I call for to deal in this item to my another company, which I am the partner. Is near any stipulation to foot import tax for this item for me or the buying company, if later how much? I dont hold any bill for these items in a minute.

Also, if it is possible to put on the market, is it possible to write an invoice in a piece of composition and dispense that to them.

The selling company would hold to money taxes if they put up for sale the computers for more than their depreciated good point. If they market for smaller amount than the depreciated meaning, they can post a loss and discount it from their taxes.
