I am to purchase a house for my family circle. If I want to catch incometax rebate beneath wedge 24(b) & 80C. Should I
1. Buy on one and only my name
2. Buy near first moniker of mine and second as my wife's
3. Buy beside first designation of my wife and second as mine.

In above these three option, what would be the rebate? (The aim for buying home in my wife's autograph is one time good on the documentation charges which is smaller amount for woman)
