Is it required to crowd income due return every year.?

I have complete income import tax return ultimate year although my income be smaller quantity than 1lakh. I hold tub card also. This year i haven't full up return. Somewhere i enjoy read that even if u hold tub card still it is not needed to stuff import tax return if the income is below taxable curb.
Is it true?
Should i flood the excise return or not? Remember i own packed return second year, enjoy container card and income below taxable impede.

Answers:
Section 139 of the Income Tax Act make it mandatory for a being to wallet a Return if he have incoe in the past claimin deduction u/s 80C (Relating to LIC, PPF etc) above the taxable time limit.

Thus if you hold income below taxable rein in, you enjoy to check whether it go below taxable restrict after claimng these deduction or past that, if it still is below taxable shorten, afterwards you are not required to directory a Return

However you can optionally fime a Return.

Kindly information that Filing a Return in 1 year or have a PAN Card does not necessarily propose that you hve to wallet it every year
