Are online purchases eligible for the Texas tax-free weekend (2007)?

Do items own to be purchased surrounded by a store or can they be "exempt" if they are bought online?

Answers:
I do not believe that they are. It would depend on the state where you live and the state from which the purchases are made. I do not believe that the on-line store is going to attempt to hold on to up next to adjectives of the "tax-free" days across the country. Buy locally and communicate your Chamber of Commerce that I told you so.
They should not be, unless the company exists in Texas and simply Texas. Texas can not inforce their import tax breaks on other states.
