Eire is the Irish christen for Ireland, it is not a postcode, awfully few Irish address use postcodes the details are here:

Postcodes relate to a specific address not a country. I don't recognize what you are looking for. PLease tender some more details.
The republic of Ireland do not use postcodes outside of Belfast. In belfast the postcode is singular 1 or 2 digits.

That's a made up address but similair to the formats I hold see from my Irish customers.
You can write "Eire", "Irish Republic" or "Republic of Ireland". The Republic does not hold postcodes at this time but it be planning to introduce them (against violent opposition) . However near is a General Election subsequent year so it is promising to linger very soon until specifically over
Only Dublin have postcodes surrounded by Ireland.
If the address is not contained by Dublin afterwards I don`t know put the county heading or not applicable
