So after more arguing and phonecalls it have concluded up next to me owing lb200 .. i can not work that one out and i am taking it further as i know something is wrong .
I now acquire a monthly amount and respectively month it go up to a different amount .. i am so confused .this system is failing and going away those who entail the monies within the poor house ..
