What is a upright take-home pay to live on your own, within aberdeen uk?

Answers: Above lb1,000 per month after rates (directly deducted from the net in the UK). The rent and council toll will eat up lb400 at least possible for a very small one bed room and not surrounded by the best most expensive parts... Aberdeen is the main port on the North East of Scotland. Then you own to add bills (winters are tremendously cold and summers are not much better) and some for evenings out and clothing, and transportation, so it goes hurried. Food isn't too expensive but I guess you'll want to live on more than a carton of milk per week :-) Have a good time though, it's a great place.
