on of my reletive live in sao paulo city itaim bibi,they bought a house for 30 thousands US dollars in 1981,presently they want to go for 970 thousands US dollars,the problem is they don't know how much excise they should pay cheque,or what levy?is in that anyone who know the charge decree contained by Brazil,could you please enlighten my how much to reimburse,include Land Value Increment Tax,Land Value Tax
