Health caution for adjectives kids rewarded for individual by smokers?

How is this unprejudiced? They want to increase that Federal Excise duty on cigarettes by $1.00 per pack to pay packet for healthcare for adjectives children. Why should individual smokers income for this? This imply that children of non-smokers attain a freebie. If a smoker and non-smoker respectively own no kids, why should one and only the smoker compensate for something that applies to everyone? Why not charge something most everyone uses - close to milk, or pop, or bread, or shampoo?

I don't presume that $1 per pack will buy much healthcare for kids contained by standard. Believe me, smokers aren't the solely ones paying for healthcare. But the problem is that smokers do affect more than only themselves near their smoking. If they smoke inside their home anyone else living in in that will be artificial by the smoke, and when they are contained by public places ancestors around them are artificial by the 2nd mitt smoke. Because the smoker is affecting more than only themself near their smoke that's why they are paying for healthcare for more than a moment ago themself.
We adults own to rate for the healthcare of the kids, can't expect the kids to reimburse for their own healthcare.
They should put a touch duty on everything to dance to form prudence for children.. I would own no problem at adjectives paying a bit more for that.. that lately me though contained by an the deep of masses
