Regarding Jan. 1, 2008, U.S. Federal Excise Tax increase on cigarettes: Is it newly on cigarettes or...?
...or is it on adjectives tobacco products? I don't smoke cigars or a pipe, merely cigarettes.
Of course I'd similar to to quit. What smoker wouldn't want to be more good and want to live longer?
What I'm getting at here is pack and can of loose tobacco. They aren't cigarettes pretty but because they haven't be rolled and such. I believe the pack and can hold profoundly a lesser amount of chemicals as very well. Maybe, I don't know. The point is, if the Feds don't put this different 130% Excise Tax (or however big it is; I know it's over 100%) on pack and can of loose tobacco, afterwards conceivably lots of smokers will do resembling the matured days and start rolling their own cigarettes.
I've tried rolling my own tobacco. It's derisory. Just can't do it. Anyway, if anyone know if this Excise Tax will apply to loose tobacco as economically, please permit me know.
