Service due on property rental. How to claim for tenant?
Our lease agreement next to a tenant states that adjectives taxes on the "demised premises" will be borne by the proprietor. The tenant is using this clause to avoid paying service tariff on rent. Is within any opening to gain around this? As far as I know, the service rates is not on the premises, but on the SERVICE to be exact individual provided? Is that a reasonably admissible point?
