How does an American company turn nearly reclaim VAT on products bought for business use and exported to the USA?

I work for an American company and inevitability to purchase some items for business use in the USA. These products will be exported to the USA but we are not VAT registered surrounded by the UK. How do I jump give or take a few reclaim the VAT charges on the equipment to be exact purchased?
