What are some hasty, comfortable fundraising philosophy?

I am in charge of a teen group that desires to plan a field trip that we obligation to raise funds for. I don't want to verbs about the kids going door to door selling things and tons come from families that do not own a lot of money anyway. I'd really resembling some creative ideas. Thanks.

Answers:    You could shift to local businesses or write letters to local businesses asking for their support/sponsorship. Make it clear to them whether or not your group is a 501c3 so they know if their contribution is tax-deductible. Depending on the cost of the trip, you may even find one company that could foot the entire bill. Let the companies know both the purpose of your institution, how it helps the kids and how this trip will product a difference in the lives of those kids.

Hold a community "garage sale" - I bet the family of the kids have items lay around they don't need that could be sold.

I know around here, near are several restaurants that will host fundraising nights for local organization where they donate a portion of the night's profits to an enterprise.

If your group is not a 501c3, see if there is a local non-profit i.e. geared towards kids and see if they will co-sponsor your trip.

Hope that helps! Best of luck!
