What is this call?

I enjoy 1 binding thingy. It's down an A4 page (only more or less 1cm wide), and made from plastic, you can bring them within several colours. You slide your papers into the top afterwards push them adjectives the track down and after it grips them and holds them together, instead of using a comb binder or a ring binder. What they're call have completely escaped me and I'd approaching to proclaim some. Thanks for your help
