When i finally get him to update me why he said The trainer does not conjecture you are right for the opening and that be it. i individual worked in that 3 weeks.

Most states are what's call "at-will" goal the employer can hire and fire for anything sense they want and the personnel can quit of late because they want to, for no explanation. My guess is that you probably live within an at-will state, so, no, that would not be considered unmerited dismissal.
No. He's the boss. He can fire and hire anybody for any grounds. Besides, even if you did grasp your career vertebrae trhough some coalition or anything, would you really want to be around the guy? The brief would be hell.
