How to start my buisness?
I am a very gifted photographer. I have won several competitions. I want to start my own buisness but dont know how. Please offer advice. Should I hold an art gallery? I am only 15 but I am exceptionally serious about this and my parents support me 100%
Answers: Have an art show locally. I am sure someone beside some space will help you out.Put some flyers out and win a friend to help you organise the show. Maybe serve wine & cheese and get it very friendly. If you can capture people to come they will touch obliged to buy some of your work if they believe you have made a honourable effort. Otherwise nearby used to be abook called artists, writers & photographers year book (something similar to that). It lists companies, organisations that buy medium for advertising. It will detail you what sort of pictures organisations are looking for. Try Googling this--it has be around a long time but might be called something different very soon. Good luck!
i would invest in a trellis site to post all your pictures and contest winnings.
second i would verbs together in your community everyone that is to say interested in mode and/or models and have a charity drive/fashion show and use your talent to photograph the show. Fundraisers are a great way to grasp your talents out here as a photographer.
Have some of your pictures displayed in local businesses (here I am thinking - The BANK or the library). Get VERY involved near the school or local weekly.
The main piece to consider is how to consistently have business adjectives year round. Therefore you must take a markedly good look at your local open market. There are probably a few ways to build your business. Here a few spontaneous ideas:
- child/family photography
- passport fotos
- honeymoon pics
- people looking to model, or own a dream to model
- free lance for weekly / magazine
Be happy if you can clear a job out of your hobby.
Good luck !
